Community Marketing Intern - HCM [DigiSource]

• Content & Seeding Plan (50%): Build content on social ecosystem groups (using tools and coordinating with Consultant department). Participate in building strategic plans on: community development, digital media. Implement targeted seeding content on social networks with KPIs Manage Facebook + Zalo + Threads
• Research & Data Collection (30%) Participate in market research under the supervision and guidance of direct management. Collect data through different marketing techniques and classify data into provided categories.
• Graphic Design (15%): Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing marketing materials, including banners, flyers, and promotional materials.
• Event Support (5%): Support the planning and coordination of marketing events and webinars. Welcome candidates that meet 3/6 requirements above.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program or equivalent, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and an understanding of their best practices.
• Basic knowledge of community, content marketing & planning
• Some experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
