OPERATION MANAGER (B2B)

DigiSource's client, ZA Office, specializes in comprehensive solutions, ranging from company formation and virtual office rentals to other legal services.

Operations Management and Process Optimization:

• Oversee and manage the operations of all departments within the company.
• Develop, optimize, and standardize workflows to ensure maximum efficiency.

Team Building and Training:

• Recruit and develop a capable team, including designing training plans and evaluating performance.
• Foster a positive work culture and strengthen collaboration between departments.

Planning and Performance Monitoring:

• Create short-term and long-term operational plans to achieve business objectives.
• Analyze and report on performance metrics regularly, proposing improvements where necessary.

Support to CEO in Strategy Implementation:

• Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute business strategies.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and achieve optimal results.

• Experience: At least 5 years in tax, or accounting fields.
• Proven experience in operations management and team leadership is mandatory.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• High commitment and dedication.
• Experience in standardizing workflows and employee training.
• Preference for candidates with experience in startups or working with international partners.
