Recruitment Consultant Leader [DigiSource] - HCM

• Develop and provide consultation to a large network of candidates with both immediate and long-term career needs.
• Work on recruitment need in IT, Marketing, Business Development, HR and relative other positions with our focus on IT & Marketing Field.
• Perform recruitment functions such as Job Interviews, matching candidates to various jobs, undertaking the requirements and desires of various jobseekers.
• Provide excellent services and follow-up regularly with candidates
• Recruiting and contributing to internal team
• Build Training Course for Recruitment Team

• AT LEAST 2 years related working experience.
• Experience in Business/Human Resource/ Finance/ Accounting / Technical / Marketing Industry
• MUST HAVE good communication in English.
• Eager to learn attitude, Integrity, Gratitude.

• Hybrid working
• Attracted Salary + High Commission
• Team size: 4 member

Working hour:

• Monday- Friday: 8h30AM-17h30PM
• Saturday: 8h30AM - 12h00PM (WFH)

Working mode: Remote
